I don't have a bread maker so can I put it in a loaf pan and in my convention oven? If i can what would i put my oven on and for how long?

Reading through the recipe, it says 2 bread flour, is that 2 Cups of bread flour?

Hello! You are correct - the ingredient is bread flour. Bread flour is made from spring wheat, which has more protein than the winter wheat used in regular all-purpose flour. This gives the dough more strength and allows it to rise higher. I hope this helps! - Chelsea, Editor
