Perhaps my bananas were too large because it seemed like too many. The ice cream was more like frozen bananas. Also, I added about 2/3 cup half and half to the cooled mixture before I put it in the ice cream machine because it was so thick and I felt it needed more liquid. The mixture was not cream colored like Chunky Monkey, but rather it was much darker because of the carmelized bananas. That said, it sure won't go to waste. I'll finish it but next time I'll tweak it a bit.
