Homemade Momofuku Crack Pie

This pie is the perfect mix of old and new. The taste may remind you of old-fashioned custard pie, but it is inspired by the stylish Momofuku Bakery pie from the famous New York cafe. The crust is made from a freshly baked oatmeal sugar cookie which is crumbled to make the crust. The filling is creamy, sweet, and incredibly rich. This pie is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth's craving. Even a small piece will fill you up. This indulgent pie will be a big hit with guests, not matter what their tastes are. It is irresistible!

I am not sure how to pronounce the name of this pie so I will just shorten it to crack pie. I do see how it got that name because it is so addictive. Once you have a slice you want more and more. Wow, I would gain so much weight if I made this too often. This is one of those save for company recipes.
