A very nice recipe. So yummy. I made myself a mental note for the next time I make this to either reduce the amount of soy sauce or to use low sodium soy sauce. All that salt causes water retention and weight gain for a few days in my body after I eat this. It is so good though, I cant say no to more.

The noodles in the picture look more like linguine than spaghetti, due to their flat shape. I'm sure you could use whatever pasta you have on hand and it would be great. I have never eaten at a CPK before, as I live in Michigan, but I am a sucker for Asian noodles. I plan to try it with whole wheat pasta for a little added nutrition and nutty flavor!

I can't wait to cook this California Pizza Kitchen Kung Pao Spaghetti Copycat. The reasons why I would like to make this is, my family is a pizza and pasta lover, it's a CPK original recipe which must be really good, and it's a kung pao recipe with peanuts. I get excited with food with peanuts that's why kung pao recipes are always appealing to me. Thanks for this recipe. Guys, let's try this Chinese recipe.
