Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound fettuccine
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 8 ounces heavy cream
  • 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • fresh cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil fettuccine in salted water according to package directions.

  2. Strain fettuccine and place in skillet.

  3. Add all other ingredients and sauté over low heat until thick, about 2 minutes.

  4. Serve with fresh cracked pepper.
