My partner and I really do try not to eat fast food from a health and money perspective but KFC gravy is always a winner when we do have fast food so it would be really cool to try make this copycat gravy and see if it is as good as the real deal )

This is hands-down my husband's very favourite gravy in the world and I never thought I'd be able to find a recipe to make it at home. I never would have guessed it has chicken AND beef gravy in it! I usually like to make things from scratch, but sometimes you just have to follow a recipe exactly to get the restaurant taste! I would probably make it to go with fries or mashed potatoes, even a roast chicken. My husband will be absolutely thrilled! Can't wait to try this one!

This is my "go to" gravy recipe! Love it! If it's too salty for you, experiment with different boullion to get just the right flavor.

hi i was reading the recipe can i share a secret with you? i use to work at kfc. the secret to the gravy? is they take a bit of the oil that they fry the original recipe chicken in and use it to make the rue (thickiner thats equal parts fat and flour) then they add the chicken and a touch of beef stock granaules that they reconstatute enjoy!!!!

I am just about ready to unsubscribe from your web site. I cannot scroll through any recipe without all the 'pop-ups' everywhere. I realize the pop-ups pay the bills, but really?????????
