I am curious now, after reading over some of the comments made on the site that hosts the recipe. How does something that looks so healthy and good for you contain that many carbs per serving? The only thing that raises a red flag for me in the ingredients list is the panko coating. Could this number not be correct?

When I saw the option for baking them which would be healthier I was on board but as an after thought, I am sure the baked version will not be a crisp as the fried. Decisions, decisions, decisions. Even fried this recipe has to be healthier than store bought potato chips.

These zucchini Parmesan crisps look so yummy! I never had zucchini until I grew up and experimented with it myself in the kitchen. It is a wonderful veggie and I have it when ever I can. I have never prepared it fried so this will be a new way to enjoy this summer veggie.

I have heard people ranting and raving about these, I cant wait to try them! I also love parmesan cheese as well! I am definitely going to try this for Friday night DVD night, hope my partner likes them as well now! Keep fingers and toes crossed for me please!
