  • 1 cup Nondairy milk
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 tablespoon Flax seeds
  • 3 tablespoon Water
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oats
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F or 220° C.

  2. In a small bowl, add the oats and milk and let sit for 15 minutes.

  3. Prepare your flax egg by adding the flax seeds and water into a cup and letting it sit for 15 minutes.

  4. In a large bowl, mix the flax egg and oil. Then, pour in the oat mixture.

  5. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  6. Pour the dry ingredients into the large bowl of wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
