White Chocolate Cherry Brownie Brittle Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 cup Brownie Brittle crumbs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup Maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Crust

  2. Mix 1 stick of melted butter with 2 Cups of Brownie Brittle crumbs.

  3. Press into a greased 9 x 13 pan and Bake for 8 min at 350 degrees F.

  4. Sprinkle crust with white chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, coconut, cherries and drizzle with sweetened condensed milk.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.

  6. Cool – then drizzle with melted white chocolate.
