Lime Herb Wine Cooler

"This cocktail recipe is a great accompaniment with seafood dishes especially fish. It has a number of lovely herbaceous notes. But the flavors are not overpowering and balances well with the delicate flavor of the seafood. Here are a few dishes that might go well with this: Seared Sea Bass with Bechamel Sauce, Baked Sesame Salmon, Baked Whitefish When choosing white wines for this cocktail recipe, choose a wine that compliments herbs, especially thyme, oregano, basil, and tarragon. These wines are light and crisp and not overpowering. Consider the selection we picked for you: Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Gargenega "
