Sweet Sour Stir-fry Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cup granulated white sugar
  • 4 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 cup white distilled vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Bragg liquid aminos
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  1. Rinse chicken, cut into 1 inch cubes, and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Coat chicken in cornstarch, then dip it into the beaten eggs.

  3. Heat oil in a large skillet.

  4. Cook chicken on medium heat until browned.

  5. While the chicken is browning, assemble the sauce.

  6. Whisk together the sugar, ketchup, white distilled vinegar, liquid aminos, and garlic powder.
