On the recipes page, this dish is called Chicken Lomdardy. Not once is the Olive Garden mentioned so not quite sure how this got linked as being a copycat of their dish unless it is because it just looks very similar. I have never eaten this at the Olive Garden, but now, I am going to have to order it to taste.

Most of the time when a recipe calls for chicken breasts I switch to thighs (personal preference) I just feel the breast are too dry and tasteless. This Olive Garden Inspired Chicken Lombardy Recipe is one that I actually make with the chicken breasts. The chicken is tender and juicy and infused with all the marvelous flavor of the Marsala sauce. I like to serve it over egg noodles with a tossed green salad, and of course crispy Italian bread...YUM.
