"These Cinnamon Toast Crunch cupcakes are made with crushed cereal for an authentic cereal flavor. I used a yellow cake mix for the cupcakes, but you can use your favorite cake mix recipe. I made a few adjustments to the box of cake mix for a moist and delicious cupcake. Then I added a homemade frosting with crushed cinnamon cereal and a cinnamon drizzle on top.
