Tom Yum Goong soup must truly have been invented by angels on an extremely good day, lol! It really is that delicious and this recipe is a particularly good version of the Thai original. I used less fish sauce than recommended because I am not crazy about the flavor but other than that followed the recipe exactly. In the past I have also substituted the shrimp with chicken if that is what has been in the pantry. Either way it is really GOOD!
