Paula Deen Porcelain Enamel Covered Family Pan

Paula Deen Porcelain Enamel Covered Family Pan

Reviewed by , Editor,

The Paula Deen Porcelain Enamel Covered Family Pan is made for making & serving just that, giant family meals. The 10-quart size is ideal for large recipes, and especially, one-pot meals. It features a speckled and colorful exterior that is signature Paula Deen country chic.

This pan is part of the Riverbend Aluminum Nonstick from Paula Deen. The aluminum means the pan heats quickly, and evenly. The inside of the pan includes a dark nonstick surface. Combined with the aluminum this makes the pan easy and effective to use for a variety of recipes.

The size of this pan makes it one of my favorites. With the extra wideness, you can stir and fold ingredients without making a mess of your stove. I find the size ideal for big-batch recipes like spaghetti and meatballs, stew, and casseroles. I also like using it to make many of my chicken dishes since it can accommodate a large amount of breasts.

I love the look of this speckled pan. It matches Paula's other cookware, and looks great as a serving dish once you finish cooking with it. You can choose from a gorgeous teal color or deep red color depending on your taste. Plus, the addition of a glass lid, allows you to keep food warm for longer at the table.

The combination of the useful design and beautiful aesthetics make this pan a new favorite of mine!
