Voila! Hallah Egg Bread Mixes are the perfect baking mixes for people to make homemade bread with ease, without a bread machine. The mixes come in three varieties, traditional, wholey wheat, and simply spelt. Each mix makes a beautiful loaf of challah with a distinctive flavor. Just a few staple pantry ingredients are needed to bake these breads.

All the mixes are extremely simple to make. Follow the directions, and you can have a homemade loaf of challah on the table in just two hours! We were intimidated over breading the loaves, but it was much easier than we thought it would be. The loaves all came out looking like they were bought at a bakery. They would be an impressive addition to any dinner or religious gathering.

Call us puritans, but our favorite mix was the traditional mix. The traditional mix tastes exactly how we imagine most loaves of challah taste. The sweetness is well-balanced and the texture is nice and moist. The simply spelt mix was definitely the most interesting in flavor. It uses ancient grains to achieve the unique texture and flavor. The wholey wheat variety tastes healthier and is a good guilt-free option for those watching what they eat. Each of these mixes is tasty and will make a great loaf of challah.

If you have never experimented with making homemade bread, then these are the perfect baking mixes for you. The instructions are very thorough and make the process much easier for those who are inexperience in bread-making.
