Being a true carboholic and a lover of potatoes I never gave it much thought, but I have never had German potato salad. I read that the secret to the German version are the onions. Onions are bad for my body so I will either leave them out or I will only use the slightest amount. Based on the pictures, this dish looks more like simple boiled potatoes. Looks good.
