Baked Tomato Parmesan - A Weight Watchers Recipe

"This is a most simple and easy recipe for baked tomato parmesan. Makes a beautiful looking side dish for company yet great for weeknights too. Both kids and adults love these. I got this recipe from my mom who originally got from a Weight Watchers meeting. That recipe didn't have any pignoli nuts on top. (This is optional) I added for crunch and added texture but, it's so delicious without adding. The tomatoes come out tender and warm with a wonderful cheesy topping. I make this often since we all love it. Also, it's the easiest recipe. Give it a try and hope you all enjoy! "
