- 9 tortilla shells
- 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
- 6 tablespoons bacon fat, warmed
- 1/4 cup lime juice
Combine salt and lime juice in a bowl.
Cut tortillas into triangles.
Brush both sides of tortilla pieces with bacon fat.
Brush both sides of tortilla pieces with lime juice mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes – flipping over halfway. Enjoy!
