I just could not resist a recipe described as a "pizza-inspired delight" even though ranch dressing and Pepper Jack Cheese are not my idea of Pizza, but I get it...pizza-inspired. That having been said, these Copycat Old Chicago Pepperoni Rolls are a terrific snack that were a big hit on game day at my house. If you prefer more traditional pizza ingredients then go ahead and fill them with your favorites, this recipe is as versatile as you want.
