I love finding new recipes for chicken nuggets. My youngest is a very picky eater. He would live on nuggets if he could get away with it. Finding new recipes not only gives a bit of variation to his nuggets, but also helps me keep the processed nuggets off the menu. I am not sure if he will like the panko bread crumbs, but I imagine regular bread crumbs will work well also.

I can't even count how many times I've craved chicken nuggets... I think I'll make a big batch of these for my freezer to keep on hand for those days that I just need chicken nuggets!
