Kenny and Ziggy's Homemade Egg Salad. I know a few people love egg salad. This is my cousin's favorite so I always make this egg salad when I visit him in LA.This is my favorite, too as a matter of fact. It is very easy to prepare and it's perfect with crackers, with bread, and as a salad meal. I love to eat this by itself. The sweet/sour taste of the mayo combined with pepper mixed with boiled eggs is just heavenly. I can eat it just by itself as my whole day meal. Thanks for this recipe.
