I was kind of excited to see this recipe on How To Make Restaurant-Style Steak. I also cook steak but which part of this recipe is it called "restaurant style"? Looking at the recipe, some of the steps I do already. I think what makes it special is the oven cooking part which I don't do. Now, I have discovered the recipe that we can use at home both for ordinary days and for special occasions. included in the recipe are the different temperatures to use when you want it rare, and medium rare. For the well done cooking, it's your choice how well done you want to go. Thanks for this recipe.
