Dorothy is a mom and a wife and a lover of crust. She started out as a high school math teacher and then, after having her daughter, realized that baking really was what made her happy.
Dorothy started her blog, Crazy for Crust, in 2010 as a way to showcase her love of all things pie…and then realized she really was infatuated with all forms of sugar. She started creating all sorts of crazy desserts, from cookies to cake and pie to ice cream. Then she shares her recipes on her blog, with a slice of her life.
Dorothy loves chocolate and peanut butter, Gilmore Girls, a good book, and gets absurdly happy when she talks about Pi, the number.
