Delicious Crustless Quiche

"This arugula breakfast quiche recipe is a perfect meal idea for brunch and snacks. A delicious crustless quiche recipe that is so good, with umami flavor, vegetables, and cheese. This egg quiche recipe is easy to make and a little easier on the waistline than a traditional quiche. What is quiche? A quiche is a savory custard usually made with a combination of eggs and cream or milk. It can be made with a variety of different fillings including meat, vegetables, cheeses, and seafood."

NotesA few tasty substitutions for this recipe would be bacon or ham. Another great meat substitute is chorizo. It creates a wonderful umami flavor and has a number of spices in it.
