We've had bacon-wrapped hot dogs before and they're incredibly tasty. I haven't tried using the packaged pre-cooked bacon before, preferring to cook the bacon before slightly, or wrap the bacon around the hot dog and carefully grill both together. I like the idea of adding the cheese to the hot dogs, and in the past we've used a number of brands of cheese hot dogs. I'd like to try making up the sauce and adding some diced onion to the mixture.
