I have always heard people rant and rave about Ikea Swedish meatballs but I have never tried them...I am not a fan of ikea unfortunately so I didn't think I would ever get a chance to try them but now I can) I will be given these a go during the week and I can't wait!

Been making Swedish Meatballs for years. Lingonberries can be found at huge retailer (Initials W.M.) without giving them free advertising - either Hafi or Felix brand. You can also buy them from a Swedish company (www.hemsjlod.com) in Kansas - either 14.1 oz jar or 3.3# bucket. MUCH better than cranberries. They're super on Swedish Pancakes. Hope this helps.
