Homemade Ramen Noodles From Scratch
"Enjoy the taste and texture of fresh homemade ramen noodles made from scratch. These tasty noodles are made with baking soda, salt, water, and a mix of bread and whole wheat flours. First you make a little sodium bicarbonate by baking some baking soda in the oven, this gets mixed in with the dough, water, and salt and it's what gives ramen noodles that delicious chewy texture. Then you cut the dough into noodle shapes, you can then freeze them or boil them briefly and enjoy right away. Great for soups and noodle bowls and much better than the store bought stuff."
