My family and friends absolutely love these Homemade Chicken Potstickers, they are full of flavor, and fun to eat when gathered around on game day. I love them because they are so easy to make. I'm thinking of experimenting with different fillings, maybe ground pork, or even shrimp. But then, why mess with perfection?

My kids eat a lot so this recipe probably does have an average serving for six people but it only had about two servings when I made it. It was very easy to make a bigger batch though so I tripled everything and prepped it the same way and it turned out great.

I have never had a potsticker before. But I love Chinese food. I saw the picture of these yummy looking things lol I immediately went to check out the pattern. I can't wait to make these. I know my family is going to be so excited to see whats for dinner.
