Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound of pork sausage
  • 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the sausage until it's browned.

  2. Next, add in the flour and stir into the juices from the meat until all of the flour is dissolved.

  3. Add in the milk to the pan incrementally, mixing into the flour as you go.

  4. Continue to cook and stir the mixture in the pan until it thickens. Season the gravy with salt and pepper to taste.

Biscuits and gravy is my favorite guilty pleasure breakfast, and this gravy is just perfect for it! It has a simple flavor that's ideal with fluffy biscuits.

Some of the best gravy out there. Biscuits and gravy definitely isn't super healthy, but it's SO GOOD
