- 10 ounces fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Bring a small amount of water to boil in a large pot and add the spinach. Cook the spinach until softened, for 2-3 min. Drain well, but do not squeeze excess water out.

In a small pot melt the butter and add the garlic paste and cook for 1 minute. Add the lemon juice and stir.

Toss the spinach with the lemon butter and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
