This Homemade Boston Market Mac and Cheese is one of the easiest side dishes to make! It takes less than 30 minutes to whip up this cheesy delight. This mac and cheese recipe is perfect for serving with all kinds of meals including chicken, pork, or pretty much anything! The Velveeta cheese sauce is kid-friendly, but adult-pleasing too. There is no need to run out to your nearest Boston Market when you can get the same great taste from this homemade recipe.

  • 3 cups rotini pasta
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric


  1. Cook the pasta according to the directions on the box.

  2. Melt the remaining ingredients in a double boiler over simmering water.

  3. Keep whisking the mixture until it is smooth.

  4. Combine the smooth cheese mixture and pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

I liked it. I recommend some pepper.

I like that this recipe had a really creamy cheese sauce. Other mac and cheese recipes really skimp on the cheese! The spices keep it from tasting too bland, which I really like.

I love Boston Market's mac and cheese and this easy homemade recipe doesn't disappoint! I love that it only takes 5 ingredients to make and it tastes very similar to Boston Market's.

My absolute favorite dish at Boston Market has always been their macaroni and cheese, so I'm crazy excited that I found this amazing recipe and can make it at home! A coworker made some for the office yesterday, and it's even delicious reheated the next day. It doesn't get much easier - or much tastier - than this!

This mac and cheese was so creamy, rich, and flavorful. Highly recommend it!
