This is a simple fun recipe that is sure to please the snack lovers in your family. I love that it is made with real cheddar cheese, so it is healthier than the crackers (at the very least, you know what goes into them). I love making these with my little niece, she always gets a kick out of "baking", and she absolutely loves anything cheese. Give this 1920's Homemade Cheez-Its recipe a try. You may never go back to the box again.

I have to admit that I love Cheez Its. I hit the jackpot yesterday when I did my weekly food shopping because our local grocery store chain had the large family-sized boxes on sale at buy one get one free. They probably wont last very long either. I will have to give these a try.
