"Farmers market egg casserole is a mom’s best friend! This simple but so yummy ham and cheese breakfast casserole recipe is always a hit. Don’t let how easy it is fool you, it’s also so tasty! The salty ham, zing from the green onions, cheesy flavor, and the rich and smooth egg base is such a filling and satisfying breakfast that helps turn any busy morning around. You can double this recipe with no problem! This is a great recipe to make when you have family in town, for big sleepovers, or any other time that you have lots of mouths to feed."

  1. To make your farmers market egg casserole, start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease a 9x13 baking dish with butter or nonstick cooking spray.

  3. In the bottom of the dish, spread the hashbrowns in an even layer.

  4. Top the hashbrowns with a layer of cheese, followed by the cheese, ham, and green onions. Set aside.

  5. In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs, evaporated milk, salt, and pepper.

  6. Whisk the egg mixture until well combined and pour it right over the layered mixture in the dish.
