Cooking Vessel Size9x13 cake pan.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Prepare a 9x13 cake pan.

  3. Whisk together dry ingredients.

  4. Heat the butter and water in a medium/large saucepan until it comes to a boil.

  5. Take off the heat and whisk in the peanut butter and oil until smooth

  6. Let it cool before adding the remaining wet ingredients.

  7. Combine and whisk together wet and dry ingredients.

  8. Pour batter into the cake pan.

  9. Bake for 35 minutes.

  10. Let it cool before adding your favorite vanilla frosting

  11. Garnish with peanuts (Optional)
