"Tweaked this recipe a bit by accident. I bought petite diced tomatoes with Tuscan herbs (Tuttorosso) and drained them, pressing out any liquid. The mixture was still a little wet, so I added a handful of quick oats, added chopped parsley and a few chopped chives, 2 gloves chopped garlic. The meat loaf was so moist and packed layers of flavor. My husband, who is the meatloaf master, raved over it - this recipe is a keeper."
