I'm a sucker for a good baked pasta. This dish certainly looks really good.

This is no knockoff of Sbarro's baked ziti. First of all they don't have meat in it and they don't use bow tie pasta. I didn't have to make this to know. Call it what it is. A baked pasta dish, but certainly no copycat, healthy or not
