I make something very similar to this only I replace the ramen noodles with spaghetti squash for a healthier carb free meal because my husband is type 2 diabetic. Spaghetti squash can be used in place of noodles in almost any dish without changing the texture or consistency. I am trying this.

This Restaurant Style Pork and Ramen Stir-Fry recipe has so many good things going for it. Ramen noodles for one, who doesn't have great memories involving those. But most of all the simplicity and convenience of being able to make a delicious Asian inspired meal at home. This recipe is rich in flavor, and I love the versatility of being able to switch out the pork for shrimp, chicken, or beef. Give yourself a treat with this easy weeknight dinner.

This is easy, addicting, and diabolically delicious. I add a little extra red pepper flakes to mine. I like it HOT.
