This is one of the most well written recipes for Chinese Takeout Fried Rice that I have ever come across. I love how the author explains each step in depth, and gives you tips on what to do. I have had many disastrous attempts at making fried rice, but thanks to this recipe I now know what I was doing wrong. Thanks for this recipe, no more bad fried rice at my house.

Yum! I love fried rice. If this tastes just as good as the version I get from my favorite Chinese takeout place, then I'm all in!
