At this point in my life, I think bread making is beyond my scope of capabilities, but this recipe looks divine. You can never go wrong with a freshly baked loaf of bread.

If you'd like it to taste exactly like Panera's loaf, dump even more Asiago on top. The key is to get a nice, thick, crispy crust of cheese.
