Russian Cheese Pancakes with Rice Flour and Raisins

"Let’s prepare for breakfast fragrant, delicious and useful cheese pancakes with raisins. Instead of traditional wheat flour, we will use gluten-free rice flour. To taste and consistence the cheese pancakes are the same as prepared on wheat flour, but the crust is more crispy. By the way, flour for this recipe can be prepared on your own by grinding dry rice in a coffee grinder. Sour cream, jam, chocolate or caramel sauce will be excellent as an addition to the cheese pancakes. "
