Copycat Momofuku Compost Cookies
Don't let the name scare you away, these Copycat Momofuku Compost Cookies are scrumptious! This cookie recipe gets its name from the random assortment of ingredients, like potato chips, butterscotch chips, oats, coffee, and cereal. The best part about this cookie recipe is that you can easily substitute ingredients for whatever you have in your cupboard. This is a great way to use up the last little bit of leftover baking ingredients. Making homemade cookies is so rewarding because nothing beats the taste of freshly baked cookies, and your kitchen will smell heavenly.

The link or actually two links provided above to get one of our copycat recipes is a little confusing. When I click the second link it takes me to a blog page that provides a free recipe for Milk Bar Mondays Compost Cookies. I took me a couple of minutes to realize that it is the recipe for the Momofuku cookies.
