  • 1.5 cup chunk chopped, russet potatoes
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups water

  • 1 cup yellow onion, finely diced/food processed
  • 1.5 cup vine ripened tomatoes, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste mixed with 2 tbsp of water
