No, I have never had an authentic Italian beef sandwich, but after seeing the picture of this one and finding the copycat recipe, I am looking forward to having one now. I see this recipe is for four sandwiches so I will definitely have to double this for all my hungry guys. This is a great recipe for leftovers.
