I have always wanted to try a blooming onion, but all of the recipes I came across involved deep frying the onion. I am happy to see this recipe that uses the oven instead of the deep fryer. I will be trying this out very soon. Thanks for sharing with us!

This is one of my favorite appetizers ever. It's fantastic to see I can make it at home, and to top it off, bake it as well. Yes!

I thought making onion rings is the only way to serve onions in a restaurant. I was amazed when I saw this Easy Homemade Baked Blooming Onion. Oh, it's blooming because of the way it was cut and baked to make it appear like a flower in bloom. It is so beautiful. I'm in awe!. I was looking at the recipe and I think I can do this with justice. I can't wait to make it. Not sure if the yellow onion in the recipe is the same as the one we have in the area. We'll find out. Thanks for the recipe.
