Looking for a super easy, no-fail appetizer? You've found it! For a copycat recipe with Mexican flair, you can't go wrong with Three Bean Frito Chip Salad. Onions and tomatoes join the three bean combo of black, pinto and kidney beans. Once you let these amazing flavors marinate together, throw in some Fritos for crunch and top with Catalina dressing. This not only makes a great party appetizer, but would be excellent served alongside your favorite Mexican dinners like tacos or fajitas.

Fritos are my chip of choice when I want a salty snack or something extra to go with my sandwich. I prefer them over potato chips any day. This recipe looks so easy and sounds so yummy. This is a perfect dish to make to take to a pot luck if you need a quick and easy appetizer.Leave a comment...

This recipe is so simple but looks so delicious! Almost like a different take on nachos, this would have the crunch of the corn chips along with the spice from the seasoning. Catalina dressing was the surprise ingredient for me, I never would have guessed! Although this is a snack food, all those beans actually make it quite a healthy snack and it would be quite filling too! This would be great to serve at parties, barbecues, r as a snack while watching the game, or even on a picnic. Sounds yummy!
