Where do I begin to tell you all the things I love about this Copycat Sizzler's Malibu Chicken Recipe. It's so easy to prepare, it's baked and not fried, the flavor is great with the garlic and parmesan cheese, and OH that dipping sauce...out of this world. I have made this for dinner with french fries, a green vegetable and tossed green salad, but I have also served as a sub sandwich. After baking the chicken I place it on a toasted hoagie roll, place the ham and cheese on top and pop back in the oven to melt the cheese. You can spread the dipping sauce on the sandwich or serve it on the side. YUM
