I live in the UK I saw the flour plain or self-raising, we dont have all purpose flour

Are you kidding me it is that easy. I never dreamed it is basically just same ingredients as when you are cooking from scratch. This is so great to have on hand to use when you are in a hurry. This is a good tutorial with a great video. Boy will this make a great gift for someone who bakes and sometimes needs that quick solution. So easy. How many people have made this?
