"Tasty Banana bread recipe is easy to make and ideal for afternoon tea time. It is a great recipe to use up those bananas lying around for too long and no longer look good to eat. Make this recipe with any chocolate of your choice; dark, milk or white. It is a fool proof recipe and always turns out perfectly delicious. Use peacan nuts instead of walnuts to change the flovour a bit. This bread tasty equally good served warm or chilled. Ingredients: Butter 140g Sugar 140g Eggs 2 Banana Mashed 2 Flour 140g Baking powder 2tsp Walnuts Chocolate chips "

  • 140 grams Butter
  • 140 grams Sugar
  • 140 grams Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 15 grams Walnuts
  • 15 grams Chocolate chips
  1. Combine all ingredients with a whisk or fork.

  2. put in a lined bread pan.

  3. Bake for 40- min or until done @ 180C.

  4. Serve warm or chilled.
