"These Patriotic Mini Cheesecakes are not only pretty to look at, they are so easy to make! They taste amazing and are always a huge hit. They are bite-size, cute and fun! These Mini-Cheesecakes are a welcome addition to any occasion. The recipe is easy to make your own and customize. Get creative and put your own touch on these cupcakes. Try them out for 4th of July, Christmas or a just for a fun family gathering. Everyone will be so happy that you did."

  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 12 ounces Cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • Blue gel icing color
  1. Preheat the oven to 325˚F. Use a cupcake pan and insert liners into the pan.

  2. In a medium size bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter.

  3. Stir until fully combined.

  4. Divide mixture and spoon into the bottom of the cupcake liners, press down firmly into the bottoms

  5. Bake the crust in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to fully cool.

  6. Reduce the oven to 300˚ F. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, flour and sugar on low speed until combined.
